摘要​

CertGym 證照道館不需要註冊、沒有帳號。你的作答紀錄、收藏與段位全部只存在你自己的裝置上，我們的伺服器不會收到，也無法看到這些資料。

1. 我們收集什麼​

App 不會向我們的伺服器上傳任何個人資料。

以下資料只儲存在你的裝置本機（iOS 的 App 沙箱、Android 的 App 私有目錄），不會離開裝置，我們也沒有任何管道讀取：

• 作答紀錄與每一題的作答明細
• 待複習（錯題）清單與精熟進度
• 收藏的題目與自訂集合
• 經驗值、段位、連續練習天數與徽章
• 已標記學習的知識點
• 介面語言、閃卡練習範圍、每日一題提醒的時間與出題範圍等設定
• 下載後快取在裝置上的題庫與知識點內容

移除 App 就會一併刪除以上全部資料。我們沒有備份，也無法為你還原。

2. 網路連線​

App 需要連線 api.certgym.com 下載題庫與知識點內容，之後即可離線使用；在學習或練習分頁下拉時，會再連線檢查是否有新內容。這些請求只用來取得題目與知識點資料，不會夾帶你的作答紀錄、裝置識別碼或任何個人資料。

與所有網路服務相同，伺服器在處理請求時會產生標準的連線紀錄（含 IP 位址）。這些紀錄僅用於維持服務運作與排除故障，不會用來辨識個別使用者，不會與任何個人資料勾稽，也不會提供給第三方作為廣告或分析用途。

3. 每日一題提醒與通知權限​

「設定 → 每日一題提醒」開啟後，App 會向系統請求通知權限，用來在你設定的時間顯示一則題目通知。

• 提醒由你的裝置在本機排程，不經過任何推播伺服器，我們不會取得你的裝置推播權杖（push token）
• App 會讀取裝置的時區設定，只用於在正確的當地時間排程提醒，時區資訊不會離開裝置
• 這個功能預設關閉；拒絕通知權限不影響 App 其他功能
• 你隨時可以在 App 內關閉提醒，或到系統設定撤銷通知權限

4. 意見回饋表單​

「設定 → 意見回饋」會用你的瀏覽器開啟一份 Google 表單（forms.gle）。這是 App 之外的服務：

• 你在表單中填寫的內容（例如問題描述、你主動留下的聯絡方式）會送到我們的 Google 表單後台，並由 Google 代管儲存
• 我們只用這些內容來確認並修正題目、解析或 App 的問題
• 是否填寫、填寫多少完全由你決定，不填寫不影響 App 任何功能
• 表單的資料處理同時適用 Google 隱私權政策

5. 本網站（www.certgym.com）​

本節僅適用於網站，不適用於 App。

• 網站透過 Google Tag Manager 載入流量統計工具（例如 Google Analytics），用來了解頁面瀏覽量與訪客來源。這些工具可能使用 Cookie，並由 Google 依其隱私權政策處理資料。你可以透過瀏覽器設定封鎖 Cookie，或安裝 Google Analytics 停用外掛程式。
• 首頁的電子報訂閱框由 Substack 提供。若你送出 email 訂閱，該 email 由 Substack 依其隱私權政策處理，我們只用它寄送 CertGym 電子報，你可以隨時從信件中取消訂閱。
• 網站的站內搜尋在你的瀏覽器中執行，搜尋字詞不會傳送到我們的伺服器。

6. 我們不做的事​

• 沒有帳號系統，不要求註冊，不索取 email 或電話
• App 沒有廣告，也沒有廣告 SDK
• App 沒有第三方分析或追蹤工具（無 Firebase、無 Google Analytics、無廣告識別碼）
• 不建立跨 App 或跨網站的使用者剖析
• 不販售、不出租、不交換任何資料
• App 唯一請求的系統權限是通知（僅在你開啟每日一題提醒時），不會索取相機、麥克風、定位、通訊錄、相簿等權限

7. 兒童隱私​

CertGym 是一般大眾取向的考試學習工具，內容為公開的歷屆試題，沒有使用者之間互相分享的內容。由於 App 完全不收集個人資料，也就不會在知情或不知情的情況下收集兒童的個人資料。

8. 你的權利​

因為資料只存在你的裝置上，我們手上沒有你的任何資料，你可以隨時：

• 查看：所有紀錄都在 App 內的「紀錄」與「收藏」頁面
• 刪除：在「紀錄」頁清除練習紀錄、刪除收藏與集合，或移除 App 以刪除全部本機資料
• 停止通知：在 App 內關閉每日一題提醒，或到系統設定撤銷通知權限
• 停止提供：不填寫意見回饋表單即可

若你曾透過意見回饋表單留下聯絡方式並希望我們刪除，請來信或透過同一份表單告知，我們會刪除該筆回覆。

9. 關於題目與解析​

題目與標準答案取自考選部、交通部觀光署等主管機關公告的歷屆試題。解析主要由 AI 輔助生成，僅供參考，App 內均標示為「AI 解析」。CertGym 為獨立開發的學習工具，與考選部或任何考試主管機關均無隸屬或合作關係。

10. 政策變更​

若日後新增功能而改變資料處理方式（例如加入帳號同步或分析工具），我們會更新本頁內容與生效日期，並同步修正 App Store 與 Google Play 的隱私權申報。

Privacy Policy

The short version​

CertGym requires no account and no sign-up. Your answers, bookmarks and ranks live only on your device. Our servers never receive them and we cannot see them.

1. What we collect​

The app uploads no personal data to our servers.

The following is stored only in your device's local app storage (the iOS app sandbox, the Android private app directory). It never leaves your device and we have no way to read it:

• Practice records and per-question answer detail
• Your review (incorrect-answer) list and mastery progress
• Bookmarked questions and custom collections
• XP, rank, practice streak and badges
• The knowledge points you have marked as studied
• Settings such as interface language, flashcard scope, and the time and scope of the daily question reminder
• The question bank and knowledge points cached on your device after download

Uninstalling the app deletes all of it. We hold no backup and cannot restore it for you.

2. What happens over the network​

The app connects to api.certgym.com to download questions and knowledge points, after which it works offline; pulling down on the Learn or Practice tab checks for anything newer. These requests fetch content only; they carry none of your practice records, no device identifier and no personal data.

As with any network service, our server produces standard connection logs (including IP addresses) while handling requests. These are used solely to keep the service running and to diagnose faults. They are not used to identify individual users, are not linked to any personal data, and are not shared with third parties for advertising or analytics.

3. Daily question reminder and notification permission​

When you turn on Settings → Daily question reminder, the app asks the system for notification permission so it can show a question at the time you choose.

• Reminders are scheduled locally on your device and do not go through any push server; we never receive a push token for your device
• The app reads your device's time zone only to schedule reminders at the right local time; it never leaves your device
• The feature is off by default, and declining the permission does not affect anything else in the app
• You can turn reminders off in the app, or revoke notification permission in system settings, at any time

4. The feedback form​

Settings → Feedback opens a Google Form (forms.gle) in your browser. This is a service outside the app:

• What you type into the form (a description of the problem, and any contact details you choose to give) reaches our Google Forms account and is stored by Google
• We use it only to check and correct questions, explanations or app defects
• Filling it in is entirely optional and affects no app functionality
• Google's privacy policy also applies to that data

5. This website (www.certgym.com)​

This section applies to the website only, not the app.

• The website uses Google Tag Manager to load traffic measurement tools (such as Google Analytics) so we can understand page views and where visitors come from. These tools may use cookies, and Google processes the data under its privacy policy. You can block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• The newsletter sign-up box on the home page is provided by Substack. If you subscribe, your email address is handled by Substack under its privacy policy; we use it only to send the CertGym newsletter, and you can unsubscribe from any issue.
• Site search runs in your browser; search terms are not sent to our servers.

6. What we do not do​

• No accounts; we never ask for an email address or phone number
• No advertising and no ad SDKs in the app
• No third-party analytics or tracking in the app (no Firebase, no Google Analytics, no advertising identifiers)
• No profiling across apps or websites
• We do not sell, rent or trade any data
• The only system permission the app requests is notifications, and only when you turn on the daily reminder; it never asks for camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos

7. Children's privacy​

CertGym is a general-audience study tool built around publicly published past exam papers, with no user-to-user content. Because the app collects no personal data at all, we do not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Your rights​

Since the data is on your device and we hold none of it, you can at any time:

• See it: everything is in the app's Records and Bookmarks screens
• Delete it: clear practice records on the Records screen, delete bookmarks and collections, or uninstall the app to remove all local data
• Stop notifications: turn off the daily reminder in the app, or revoke notification permission in system settings
• Stop providing it: simply do not submit the feedback form

If you have left contact details in the feedback form and want them removed, email us or tell us through the same form and we will delete that response.

9. About the questions and explanations​

Questions and answer keys come from past papers published by Taiwan's Ministry of Examination and Tourism Administration. Explanations are mainly generated with AI assistance and are for reference only; they are labelled "AI-generated" throughout the app. CertGym is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any examination authority.

10. Changes to this policy​

If a future feature changes how data is handled (account sync or analytics, for example), we will update this page and its effective date, and amend our privacy declarations on the App Store and Google Play to match.
